In what shapes up to be the shortest episode of Deconstructing The Beatles, Sam and Jake talk about the original tracks on the soundtrack album for the Fab Four's animated film, Yellow Submarine...all four of them. Contractually obligated to include four brand-new songs, The Beatles provided the record label with four songs before leaving to study Transcendental Meditation in India in what would ultimately become their final extended period of the camaraderie and unity that had defined their early rapport. Listen as Sam and Jake talk about those songs and the film as a whole!
