Geek Out Commentary: Star Wars Episode I - The Phantom Menace

You thought we were just straight up ditching this one, didn't you? Try as we might to deny it, The Phantom Menace was a theatrically released Star Wars flick (And the only one to get a wide release in 3D!) so, for completion's sake, we did a commentary for it. But is it as terrible as the gang remembers it? Yes, yes it is. Watch and listen along as the boys suffer through what is hopefully the worst live action Star Wars film to grace the silver screen.

But how well did the two work together? What Christmas spirit is the gang's favorite? Watch along and listen as Jake experiences the film for the first time!

Geek Out Commentary: Star Wars Episode III - Revenge of the Sith

The prequel interlude revealing the fall of Anakin Skywalker comes to an end this week as the boys revisit the final Star Wars prequel, a film many thought would be the final Star Wars film of all time. Often heralded as the best of the prequels (Some even consider it better than Return of the Jedi), George Lucas completed the promise he made by adding the Episode IV subtitle to the re-release of Star Wars with the release of Revenge of the Sith...but how does the gang feel about it? Does Hayden Christensen redeem his trashed performance from Episode II? And why does Sam hate Shattered Glass? All this and more, folks.

Sam and Jake are back to talk about the Fab Four's sophomore album, With The Beatles. Now a national phenomena in their native UK, The Beatles were afforded with a bigger budget and more studio time to follow-up their debut but having exhausted the backbone of their live set, they had to come up with new material quickly. Listen as the boys examine each song on the album track by track, offer their impressions and trivia, and elaborate on the relationship The Beatles had with the then-nascent Rolling Stones!
